About CarJagga
CarJagga is operated by Synapsefive and helps guests discover parking spaces and connect with hosts. These terms describe use of the application and its platform services.
Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate account information and protect your login details. Do not impersonate others, publish misleading content, misuse host contact details, or use the service for unlawful activity. Accounts and listings may be restricted for abuse or fraud.
Listings and verification
Hosts must have authority to offer their space and provide accurate photos, descriptions, location, availability and prices. Verification labels describe checks completed; they do not guarantee ownership, safety or suitability. Confirm the space and arrangements directly with the host.
Wishlist and contact access
Saving parking adds it to your wishlist. It does not reserve the space, create a booking or spend a Connect. Unlocking a new host contact consumes the Connect allowance shown in your account. Previously unlocked contacts can be viewed again during their access validity without another debit. Package prices, allowances and validity are shown before checkout.
Platform payments
CarJagga collects only the displayed platform registration, listing or connection service fees. Access and invoices are issued after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. Buying a package does not guarantee a parking space. Parking rent, security deposits and access arrangements are agreed and paid directly between host and guest.
Help and payment questions
Use Help & support in the application for service complaints, payment discrepancies or refund requests. Include the transaction reference and describe the problem. Never send card information, banking passwords or OTPs. Refund eligibility and timing require review; no automatic refund is promised by this page.
