CarJagga processes account name, email, phone and role; listing photos, descriptions, availability and location; saved spaces, connection records, booking requests, platform payment references and invoices. Verification documents are restricted to authorized access.
Public and private information
Published listing details and approximate locations are public. Host name, phone and exact location are disclosed through authorized contact access. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in public listing photos.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the application and uploaded files, and TiDB Cloud stores the shared web and mobile database. Razorpay processes platform payments; payment card details are entered in its checkout. The configured email provider delivers service messages. Google Analytics is used for application usage measurement.
Account requests
Use Help & support to request corrections, information about your data, or account deletion. Some payment and audit records may need to be retained for operational or legal requirements. Access controls and encrypted connections are used to protect information.
